Kasper Fostering, founded to provide a practice which helps minimize foster care breakdowns, has established a reputation and confidence within LA’s for professionalism, integrity and child focused practice.

Incorporated in March 1997 Kasper Fostering provides an effective, wide range of fostering opportunities for young persons from birth to 18yrs. The agency is staffed and managed by only qualified experienced professionals. Kasper is effective because we place children and young persons at the heart of everything we do. Our team practice is drawn from experience covering more than 30yrs in child care practice.

We are a Company Limited by Guarantee without Share Capital. Our Steering Committee, chaired by a social worker awarded her OBE in 1987 for services in training of social services staff, meet quarterly, as an aid to internal monitoring.
