After considering the available evidence the inspector took the view that the Agency provided a commendable service to children that was in excess of the standard -
NCSC-2003.

The Contact Centre/House is available free of cost to all placing authorities. The Centre provides staying–over facilities for visiting Social Workers, families and other
professionals - also on a no cost basis.

The Centre is part of a small office complex situated approximately 100 metres from the beach - within easy reach of the main railway station and high street. The centre has good links to the rest of Kent and London.
