‘The purpose of Kasper is to empower children and young people to develop their individual potential by providing constant and effective care.’

Kasper’s mission statement and the values that support and underpin it are constantly promoted in every aspect of our work with young people and their carers. Children are often vulnerable because of their earlier life experiences and Kasper Fostering practice has been designed and developed to succeed with all children, whatever their needs.

We believe that:

Every child is an individual who has the right to develop to their full potential.

Children have the right to be cared for by adults who offer respect, concern, affection and an experience appropriate to their individual needs.

All staff and carers must be aware of the significance for children of their birth families, race, culture and religion.

Kasper must encourage and promote continued personal growth for all staff, carers, and young people accommodated with the Service.
